U-Pass

Thanks to your U-Pass, you can enjoy considerable savings compared to the cost of monthly transit passes.

We are pleased to announce significant updates to the University of Ottawa's U-Pass program, designed to enhance convenience and align with our ongoing commitment to sustainability and efficiency. Starting this fall, the U-Pass will be integrated directly onto your student card.

U-Pass: An all-access pass to public transit in Ottawa and Gatineau

The U-Pass is for all graduate and undergraduate students who are registered full-time at the University of Ottawa, or completing a CO-OP work term.

The U-Pass is a student initiative that has come into effect through successful student referendums and through collaboration with OC Transpo and STO.

How do I pay for my U-Pass?

The U-Pass is part of student ancillary fees, therefore fees are automatically added to your student account and are paid along with your tuition fees.

Some sponsored students may opt-in the U-Pass program.  In these cases, the U-Pass fee will be added onto your statement of account.

Your �¼��ʱʱ�� card is your U-Pass and will work on all OC Transpo and STO trains and buses. Simply tap and hold your �¼��ʱʱ�� card on the transit access readers upon boarding. Consult your U-Pass portal to determine if your �¼��ʱʱ�� Card is ready to be used.
