is a Peruvian human rights lawyer who can discuss the legacy of Fujimori plus how the HHRREC helped victims file cases against him for human rights violations. 

"Fujimori never apologized or paid any reparations to victims or the state. In 2009, he was convicted to 25 years in prison for crimes against humanity before a corrupt Constitutional Court set him free in December 2023. He passed away in bed surrounded by family, a luxury his victims never had."
