Health Promotion鈥檚 mental health team 鈥渋s made up of 10 Peer Educators and 1 Team Leader who care about mental health well-being and reducing the levels of stress and anxiety on campus. This dynamic team of students adopts a peer to peer education method to talk to students and staff on campus about Self-Care, Stigma, Tips, and tools on how to reduce stress, the benefits of smiling, and many more.鈥
