Building overview

With 518 beds, the Annex residence is a great fit for students looking for a more independent lifestyle who plan to stay on campus for more than a year. You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom in a multi-bedroom coed unit. Every unit has a kitchen, dining room and living room. The residence is located at the north end of our downtown campus.

In-unit, open concept kitchen and dining area shared with roommates, equipped with a sink, a refrigerator, a full-size range and a microwave.

A washing machine and dryer are available in each unit for free.

Garbage, recycling and compost

Make a difference and learn how to recycle right in residence. Every floor has a garbage chute, next to the elevators.

If you have questions, your floor is missing a recycling bin or you'd like to request a compost bin, email [email protected].

Garbage, recycling, and compost bins are located around the corner from the elevators in the following rooms: 116, 231, 324, 428, and the room ending in -21 for floors 5-8.

Housing Portal
